The Exhibit Hall is located in the Pavilion.

The Floor Plan identifies each booth by Booth number and Exhibitor Name. |

Application and Contract:
Members who wish to
reserve a booth should take the following steps:
1 - Review the booth layout
and
exhibiting rules.
2 - Fill out and return
the Exhibitor Application to ICAS including
payment to:
ICAS, 751 Miller Dr SE, Suite F4, Leesburg, VA 20175 or fax: 703-779-8511.
3 - If
you need further assistance or
for help choosing your
booth, please
contact Karen Connors at 703-779-8510 or
connors@airshows.org.

The 2008 ICAS Convention will be held December 8 - 11
at the
Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino in
Las Vegas, NV.
The Space Draw for the 2008 convention will occur on Wednesday,
December 10, 2008 at 6:15 p.m. in Miranda 5-6.
Please note that the layout for 2008 has been improved by removing exhibits
that were facing walls.

Our
delegates' safety and the overall quality of their experience at the ICAS
Convention is of paramount importance to the ICAS Staff and Board of
Directors. For that reason, delegates at ICAS 2008 may be more aware of the
strict enforcement of our policies and procedures. We ask our delegates to
read convention literature and materials carefully to be fully aware of
these policies and we ask your support in carrying out these initiatives to
ensure a positive convention experience for all our attendees and their
guests.
